What we do
with your
information.
Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply to you about your project, and we do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Last updated 11 August 2026.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form, that is your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the property address or town, the project type, budget range and timing you select, and whatever you write in the message field.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not set cookies of our own, and we do not use analytics software on this site. If that changes, we will update this page and say so here.
How we use it
To reply to you and to have a useful conversation about your project. That is the whole purpose. We keep inquiries so we have a record of what was discussed if the project moves forward.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. If your project needs a licensed general contractor, an engineer, or another trade, we will ask you before passing along your details.
Who else touches it
Two service providers are involved in the normal running of this site:
- Netlify hosts the site and processes contact form submissions. Your submission is stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google, which involves your IP address.
Both are used for the site to function, not to profile you.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not turn into projects are kept for about two years and then deleted. Records relating to actual projects are kept longer, because contracts, permits and warranties sometimes need to be referred back to years later.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, to request a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
You do not need to be a California resident to ask. Email hello@vantarahd.com and tell us what you want and we will take care of it. We may need to confirm your identity first so we are not handing your information to somebody else.
Children
This site is meant for adults engaging a design and construction firm. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
